Visas
Our visa services cover a wide range of categories, including but not limited to Business Visas, Dependent Visas, Transit Visas, Student Visas, and Tourist Visas. We offer detailed information on each visa category, outlining the eligibility requirements, application procedures, and necessary documentation. Our consultants provide personalized guidance throughout the application process, ensuring that our clients meet all the necessary requirements.

  • Single Entry Visa: This visa allows the holder to enter Kenya once and stay for a maximum period of 90 days.
  • Multiple Entry Visa: This visa allows the holder to enter and exit Kenya multiple times within a certain period, usually up to one year.
  • Transit Visa: This visa allows the holder to transit through Kenya to another destination. The maximum stay allowed is 72 hours.
  • Business Visa: This visa allows the holder to conduct business activities in Kenya, such as attending meetings, conferences, or seminars.
  • Work Visa: This visa allows the holder to work and reside in Kenya for a specific period, usually up to two years. The applicant must have a valid job offer from a Kenyan employer and meet certain qualifications.
  • Student Visa: This visa allows foreign students to study in Kenya for a specific period, usually up to one year. The applicant must have a letter of acceptance from a recognized educational institution in Kenya.


Work Permits
Our work Permit services include assistance in obtaining the different classes which includes:

  • Class A. – Issued to persons who intend to engage in prospecting for minerals or mining.
  • Class B. – Work permit issued to persons wishing to invest in Agriculture and Animal Husbandry.
  • Class D. – This is issued to a specific employer who offers specific employment qualified to undertake that employment.
  • Class G. – Work permit issued to investors in a specific trade, business, or consultancy.
  • Class I. – Work/Residence permit issued to a member of missionary society approved by the Government of Kenya and whose presence is beneficial to the country.
  • Class K. – Residence permit issued to persons who have an assured income derived from sources outside and undertakes not to accept paid employment of any kind.
  • Class M. – Work permit issued to Conventional Refugees.


Passes
  • Special Pass- Issued to persons wishing to enter and remain in Kenya for a limited period of up to 6 Months to conduct trade, business or profession. 
  • Dependant Pass-For children, spouse or parents/guardian of a person holding a Kenyan work permit. 
  • Student/Research/Internship pass- Offered to foreign students studying in Kenya or undergoing training in Kenya. 
  • Citizenship- For persons married to Kenyan Spouses/Children of Kenyan Parents/adopted children. 
  • Regaining Citizenship- For Kenyan citizens who ceased being citizens by acquiring citizenship of another country before 27th of August 2010. 
  • Permanent Residence- For a person who holds work permits for more than 7 years & with continuous residence for 3 years/ a Kenyan citizen who lost or renounced citizenship and their country of domicile doesn't allow for dual citizenship/children born by a Kenyan citizen and hold passports of countries that do not allow dual citizenship/ those married to a Kenya Citizen for a period exceeding three years and the marriage is still valid 
Declaration of Dual Citizenship
For a Kenyan Citizen who has acquired citizenship of another country that allows for dual citizenship.

Business Registration

We offer business registration services for foreign individuals and companies seeking to set up their businesses in Kenya. Our team of consultants provides detailed information on the different types of businesses that foreigners can incorporate in Kenya, including Different Types of Companies, Sole Proprietorships, and Partnerships. We also offer guidance on the registration procedures and the necessary documentation required for each type of business.
Private Limited Company
This is the most common business entity in Kenya, where the liability of shareholders is limited to their capital contributions. It can have a minimum of one and a maximum of 50 shareholders, and it is suitable for small to medium-sized businesses.
Company Limited by Guarantee
 This type of company is usually set up for non-profit purposes, such as a charity or a club, where its members act as guarantors and contribute towards the company's debts. Its profits are reinvested into the company, and it cannot distribute dividends to its members.
Public Limited Company
A public limited company is a large business entity with the ability to sell shares to the public, and its liability is also limited to its capital. It is regulated by the Capital Markets Authority and has more stringent legal requirements than private limited companies.
NGO
An NGO is a non-profit organization that operates independently of any government, and it is usually established for humanitarian, environmental, or advocacy purposes. NGOs are regulated by the NGO Coordination Board and are required to register and report their activities.
Partnerships
Partnerships are formed when two or more individuals come together to carry on a business, and the profits and losses are shared among them. The partners' liability is unlimited, and they are personally responsible for the debts and obligations of the partnership. There are three types of partnerships in Kenya: general partnership, limited partnership, and limited liability partnership.
