Data Protection and IAPP Training
The Lawyers Hub offers In-person training on data protection and privacy which includes our leading Data Protection and Compliance course for Professionals and Legal Practitioners. Additionally, we are an official training partner of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and offer training on the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) in Kenya
Boda-Boda Law Report Launch and Virtual Reality Experience
This past year, Lawyers Hub delved in a Digital Trade project, where it established the crucial nature of Boda-Boda Riders; thus uncovering the cycle of harassment, digital financial exclusion, digital illiteracy, financial indebtedness and the siloed nature of legal interventions. We invite you to join us at the inaugural Boda-Boda Law report launch for a night of great company and an amazing VR experience.
AI Law and Policy Course
The goal is to offer a holistic understanding of AI's implications at various scales, and different issues, ensuring participants are well-prepared to engage with this transformative technology from an informed viewpoint. 
Advocates will be awarded 1CPD point per module for attending the training.

​Day 2:  Boda-Boda Law Report Launch

The Boda-Boda Law Project is a Justice Innovation initiative focused on the Boda-Boda (Motorcycle Taxi) Riders. The project is aimed at legal and digital skills to enhance the knowledge and safety of Boda-Boda riders, focusing on Legal Compliance, Road Safety, Financial and Digital Literacy with a  view to curbing crime and creating meaningful employment in the digital economy.  Boda-Boda riders are a crucial pillar to digital trade, fulfilling orders and last mile delivery as well as intra-country trade at Kenya's borders with Tanzania and Uganda. In addition, their access to personal data in the course of work is a crucial piece in the Data economy and the data protection landscape. There are an estimated 2.5M Boda-Boda Riders in Kenya and 60% being the youth.  These riders contribute 3.6% of the total Kenya annual GDP thus contributing 360B annually.
