The Africa Startup Law Accelerator 2024 is aimed at encouraging innovation in the legal tech space in Africa. The program is designed to allow new and existing organizations to use the Law.Africa NPO open source legal data for their projects, with the intention of lowering the barrier to entry for innovation. The focus is on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Legal Data, and while the program is open to all, the practical application is for those already developing solutions involving AI and legal data. The ultimate goal is to identify successful projects for long-term partnerships and support through the Laws.Africa NPO Open Source Legal Data APIs.
