
Chrispin is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya; Certified Professional Mediator; with a background in the Right to Privacy in the Digital Age in Africa; Reading and Interpreting International Trade Agreements; Digital Forensics and Electronic Evidence; and Privacy and Data Protection Laws. Chrispin enjoys long walks to freedom, thus an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI E.A) committed to transforming Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Moi University; Post Graduate Diploma in Law; and attended Digital Rights Courses at Kenya School of Internet Governance 2021 and Nairobi Digital Rights Litigation Surgery 2021.
He is currently a
practitioner at one of Kenya’s Top 20 Law Firms, Simba & Simba Advocates
specialising in Privacy and Data Protection Laws, Legal Consultancy
Advisory and Commercial Litigation. He is accustomed to research and
legal writing hence published articles on Digital Rights, Intellectual
Property Law, Human Rights Law, Technology and Finance.
Chrispin aims to achieve nothing less than happiness in all manner and
form; to influence policy development and reforms in Privacy,
Cybersecurity and Data Protection; and to advance ideals leading to
innovation, creativity, and openness to novelty. He hopes to obtain a PhD
in international Trade and Investment Law.
